Sauna Infusion – Birch & Juniper

Birch and juniper have long been part of Estonian sauna traditions. Together, they create a naturally fresh, green and gently woody aroma that brings the character of the outdoors into the warmth of the sauna.

Our Sauna Infusion combines dried birch leaves and juniper needles from Hiiumaa, an Estonian island known for its unspoilt landscapes.

Simply steep the cotton bag in hot water and allow the plants to release their natural fragrance. Use the infused water for sauna steam or add it to your hot tub for a refreshing botanical experience.

Each box contains two reusable infusion bags, each suitable for up to three uses.

A simple blend of dried birch leaves and juniper needles, without added fragrance.

Each cotton infusion bag can be used up to three times when properly dried and stored between sessions.

A natural way to add the fresh, woody scent of birch and juniper to your sauna water or hot tub.

Contents: 2 × 30 g cotton infusion bags

Bag size: 10 × 15 cm

For sauna

1. Place one infusion bag in approximately 4 litres of hot water.
2. Allow it to steep for 20 minutes, letting the plants release their natural aroma.
3. Remove the bag and use the infused water for sauna steam, following your sauna heater’s instructions.

For hot tub

Prepare the infusion in hot water as described above. Remove the bag and add the infused water to your hot tub, provided botanical infusions are permitted by the manufacturer.

After use

Remove the infusion bag, allow it to dry and store it in the freezer between uses. Each bag can be reused up to three times.

For external use only. Do not drink the infusion.
