FAQ

Orders & Payments

Prices shown in our online shop include VAT. The final VAT rate is calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and the customer’s VAT status.

For orders delivered outside the European Union, VAT is removed where the purchase qualifies as an export. Please note that local import VAT, customs duties or other charges may apply upon delivery.

EU business customers may qualify for 0% VAT when they provide a valid VAT number issued in another EU Member State and the goods are delivered from Estonia to another EU country. The VAT number is verified during checkout.

Delivery costs are calculated separately and added at checkout.

No. Creating an account is optional, and you can complete your purchase as a guest. However, an account allows you to view your order history and makes returns easier: you can select the relevant order, choose which items you wish to return and follow the return instructions directly from your account.

You can pay securely using Visa or Mastercard. We also offer Click to Pay for a faster and more convenient card payment experience, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Delivery

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Registered customers can also view order information in their account.

Delivery costs are calculated automatically at checkout. We mainly use FedEx for international deliveries.

  • Estonia: €4–€8
  • Latvia and Lithuania: €6–€12
  • Other EU countries: €12
  • Norway and Switzerland: €15
  • United Kingdom, United States and Canada: €20

Delivery is free for orders over €150. This offer does not apply to the Single Iglusauna or Hot Tub, for which delivery is quoted separately based on the destination.

We currently deliver to the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Norway and Switzerland. We do not ship our Sauna Whisks or Herbal Sauna Mat to the United Kingdom or the United States due to restrictions on importing plant-based products.

We ask for a valid phone number because the courier may need to contact you regarding delivery. Providing accurate contact details helps avoid delays or unsuccessful delivery attempts.

Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import VAT or other local charges. These costs are the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

Returns & Exchanges

Yes. You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Products must be unused and returned in their original condition. Textiles must be clean and unwashed. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened cosmetic and hair care products cannot be returned or exchanged.

You can register a return through your customer account by selecting the relevant order and the products you wish to return. Alternatively, email us at living@iglucraft.com and complete our withdrawal form. We will then provide the return instructions.

The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning an unwanted product. If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect product, Iglucraft will cover the reasonable return or replacement costs.

Yes, provided that the requested size or colour is available and the original product meets our return conditions. Please register the exchange through your customer account or contact us at living@iglucraft.com and complete our withdrawal form, before returning the item.

Products

Many Iglucraft Living products are handmade in small batches in Estonia. We also work with carefully selected makers and specialist workshops elsewhere when their materials or expertise are essential to the product. The origin of each product is described on its product page.

Our sauna towels and robes are made from 100% OEKO-TEX certified cotton and carefully sewn in Estonia. Every edge is reinforced with double stitching, while the labels are made from soft cotton tape. These considered details help the textiles retain their quality, comfort and appearance through years of regular use.

The Waffle Sauna Robe is lightweight, breathable and quick-drying, making it ideal for warmer surroundings and everyday use. The Waffle-Terry Sauna Coat has a structured waffle exterior and a soft terry interior, providing more warmth and absorbency for colder climates and slower cooling-down moments.

Both feature a generous hood, an adjustable belt and comfortable, spacious pockets.

Our robes have a relaxed, unisex fit and are available in two sizes:

  • S/M: length 110 cm and chest width 63 cm when laid flat and closed.
  • L/XL: length 121 cm and chest width 68 cm when laid flat and closed.

If you are between sizes or prefer more room for layering, choose the larger size.

Dilute 10–20 drops of sauna oil in one litre of warm water and mix well before pouring the water onto the sauna stones. Never pour undiluted sauna oil directly onto hot stones. Store the bottle tightly closed in a cool, dark place and do not leave it inside a hot sauna.

Birch is the most traditional choice, with soft leaves and a fresh green scent. Oak has broader, firmer leaves and creates a stronger, more massage-like sensation. Linden is especially gentle, with soft leaves and a delicate, slightly sweet aroma.

Iglucraft Saunas & Cabins

Most Iglucraft sauna models are available with either an electric heater or a wood-fired stove. The most suitable option depends on the sauna model, available connections, local fire safety requirements and how you plan to use the sauna.

Our sales team will help you choose the right heater and confirm the necessary technical requirements. Contact taketime@iglucraft.com for guidance.

Planning and building requirements vary by country, local authority, product size and intended use. We recommend checking the requirements with your local planning or building authority before placing an order.

Iglucraft can provide product dimensions, weights, drawings and other technical information to support your application. Contact our sales team at taketime@iglucraft.com for the relevant documents.

Yes. Iglucraft saunas and cabins are handcrafted and assembled at our workshop in Estonia before delivery. They are transported to the site as complete units, significantly reducing the amount of construction work required at the destination.

Final on-site work includes lifting the product onto the prepared foundation and completing any necessary electrical, water and drainage connections.

Yes. The Iglucraft Living shop currently offers the Single Iglusauna and Hot Tub for direct purchase, but Iglucraft’s complete range includes several saunas and fully equipped cabins in different sizes and layouts.

Delivery and installation are planned individually for each project. The site must be accessible to the transport vehicle and provide enough space for safe manoeuvring, unloading and lifting.

The product is normally lifted onto the prepared foundation using a forklift, telescopic loader or crane, depending on the model and site conditions. The responsibilities, equipment requirements and costs for delivery and installation will be confirmed in your individual offer.

To receive a delivery quote, contact taketime@iglucraft.com and include the product you are interested in, the delivery address or postcode and any relevant information about access to the site.

The required connections depend on the selected product and configuration. Most Iglucraft saunas require an electrical connection. Models with a shower or other water facilities may also require water and wastewater connections.

The exact connection points are shown on the product-specific technical drawings provided after purchase confirmation. All electrical and water connections must be completed by qualified professionals in accordance with local regulations.

The foundation must be firm, level, well-drained and capable of supporting the full weight of the sauna. A full concrete slab is not always required for smaller sauna models. Depending on the site, suitable solutions may include concrete, blocks or levelled structural beams placed on a compacted gravel base.

The foundation must support the sauna’s floor beams at both ends and in the centre. In colder climates, local frost depth must also be considered. A product-specific diagram showing the dimensions and support points will be provided after the purchase is confirmed.

If you are unsure which solution is suitable for your site, consult a qualified architect or structural engineer or contact us at taketime@iglucraft.com.
