Terms and conditions
1. General
These Terms & Conditions govern purchases made through the Iglucraft e-shop operated by Iglucraft OÜ (registry code 14540473, address Viljandi maakond, Viljandi vald, Leie küla, Naaritsa, 70303), and define the rights and obligations arising between Iglucraft and the customer when placing and fulfilling orders.
Iglucraft reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions. The conditions applicable to a specific order are those displayed on the website at the moment the order is placed.
By placing an order in our e-shop, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Products and Prices
All prices displayed in the e-shop include applicable value added tax (VAT), and are presented in a way that reflects the final product price, excluding delivery.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected delivery method and are added to the total order amount before payment is completed.
While we aim to ensure that all product information, descriptions and prices are accurate and up to date, errors may occasionally occur, in which case we reserve the right to correct such errors, inform the customer accordingly, and, if necessary, cancel the order and refund any payments made.
By creating an account or placing an order, the customer confirms that:
- They have the active legal capacity to enter into binding contracts (at least 18 years of age and not restricted by court).
- All information provided (name, contact-, business details, delivery address) is accurate, complete, and current.
- Where an order is placed on behalf of a legal entity, the person placing the order has the full authority and right of representation to bind that entity.
The customer is solely responsible for ensuring their information remains accurate. Iglucraft is not liable for any delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs (e.g., re-shipping fees) resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel orders if we have reasonable suspicion that the provided information is fraudulent or that the person lacks the authority to represent the buyer.
3. Placing Orders
Orders are placed through the e-shop by selecting products, adding them to the cart, and completing the checkout process using the available payment methods.
An order becomes binding at the moment the payment has been successfully completed.
In exceptional situations, including but not limited to incorrect pricing, technical errors or unavailable stock, we reserve the right to cancel the order after it has been placed, in which case the customer will be informed without undue delay and any payments made will be refunded.
4. Payment
Payments in the e-shop are processed through third-party payment service providers, and the available payment methods may include bank links, card payments and other options presented at checkout.
All payment transactions are handled securely by the respective service providers, and we do not store or have access to full payment details.
5. Delivery
We currently deliver orders within the European Union and the United Kingdom, with additional markets being added over time.
Orders are dispatched within up to five (5) working days from the moment the payment has been successfully completed, after which they are handed over to our contracted logistics partners for delivery.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and logistics provider and are outside our direct control; therefore, while we ensure timely dispatch from our side, we do not take responsibility for delays occurring during transportation.
Any customs duties, import taxes or related charges that may arise, particularly for deliveries outside the European Union, are the responsibility of the customer, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
If delivery cannot be completed due to the customer being unavailable, unreachable or having provided incorrect delivery information, we are not responsible for any resulting delays or additional costs.
6. Right of Withdrawal, Returns and Replacements
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party designated by you) received the goods.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened cosmetic products cannot be returned or replaced.
To exercise this right, you must inform us via email (living@iglucraft.com) using a clear statement or our standard withdrawal form.
We will refund all payments, including the original delivery cost, within 14 days of notification. We may withhold the refund until we receive the items or proof of shipment.
The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods, which must be returned in their original condition. If the product has been used for purposes other than those necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, the customer is liable for the diminished value.
In addition to returns, it is possible to request a replacement of the product, for example in cases where a different size, colour or variant is preferred, provided that the original product meets the return conditions described above.
7. Complaints and Defective Products
Iglucraft is liable for any lack of conformity of the product that exists at the time of delivery and which becomes apparent within two years of delivery.
If a defect is found, we kindly ask you to contact us as soon as possible, describing the issue and, where possible, providing supporting information.
In such cases, the product must be returned to us for inspection, after which, if the defect is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement product or a refund.
Iglucraft will bear the costs of repairing or replacing the defective product. If repair/replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
8. Customer Account
Creating a customer account in the e-shop is optional and intended to provide a more convenient shopping experience, including access to order history and saved information.
The customer has the right to request deletion of their account at any time, and we reserve the right to suspend or close accounts in cases of misuse or violation of these Terms & Conditions

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that the information presented in the e-shop is accurate and reliable; however, we do not guarantee that it is always free from errors or interruptions.
We are not liable for delays, losses or other issues arising from logistics partners or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure events.
We are also not responsible for failed or delayed delivery where this results from incorrect information provided by the customer or the customer being unavailable to receive the shipment.
