Crafted entirely from carefully selected herbs and natural plants, the Herbal Sauna Mat is a unique sauna accessory designed to engage more than one sense. Simply moisten the mat with warm water before use and place it on the sauna bench. As the sauna warms around you, the herbs gradually release their natural aromas while the textured surface creates a beautifully organic place to rest.

Each mat is handwoven in Estonia using birch, raspberry, willow, sedge, fern, currant, fireweed and meadowsweet. Every piece is slightly different, reflecting the natural variation of the plants themselves.

After use, simply allow the mat to dry and store it in its linen bag until your next sauna ritual.
